The Community C.A.R.E.S. Foundation, Inc. provides a wide variety of services to the communities of Newton and Rockdale counties, including scholarships and community outreach programs. The mission of the organization is to facilitate the building of strong and viable communities that we serve through charitable giving. We seek to empower these communities to achieve lifelong successes and improve their quality of life through human and educational resources.

The cost of each raffle ticket is $10, plus a ticket processing fee of $1.42, which will be applied to each ticket at check out. The winners will be determined by random drawing of tickets and will be contacted via the contact information provided at purchase. Winners need not be present to win.
